Therapeutic full body massage, Customized Just for You, using light to medium pressure techniques to increase circulation, improve tissue mobility and smooth out any knots or kinks. A more intense massage technique, Deep Tissue has the same benefits of Swedish massage but goes further to alleviate muscular pain and fatigue, helping to prevent injuries resulting from repetitive use and promoting the healing process.
