The building was completely renovated over a 3-year period and everything was new starting in 1993 or as noted.  Items installed are as follows:

• New rubber roof with 3 inch foam insulation board
• New Bilco door to roof
• New framing lumber on all walls and ceilings through out
• New 5/8 in fire rated drywall through out
• New plumbing and fixtures through out
• New electrical service to all 3 floors plus elevator
• New wiring and fixtures through out
• New Burnham gas boiler (hot water heat) both sides
• New Culligan water conditioner both sides

• New floor covering consist of wall-to-wall carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile.
• New 6 inch insulation in all outer walls and 9 inch in ceiling at 3rd floor
• New commercial thermal pane windows and door on 1st floor (2 months old)
• New thermal pane windows second & third floor. Low -E with argon gas
• New hard wired smoke detectors through out building including basement
• New emergency lighting through out building, including basement
• New cement stucco brick on outside of building (3 years old)
• New painted trim on outside of building.  Scraped, power washed, caulked, and painted with I coat Benjamin Moore fresh start primer and finished with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore latex paint. (3 years old)
• New handicap accessible ramp
• New metal commercial fire escape doors on all 3 floors plus as needed for fire code
• Inspected and approved by Williamsport Bureau Codes

• Electric inspected and approved.
